What we stand for
To ensure the highest level of quality of our services, AI°FI works with experts who meet very demanding criteria.
Proven experience
At least 15 years of professional experience in large international groups: the companies, all different, share a certain approach in the way they operate and organise themselves.
They have a specific jargon that you need to master to be at ease when working with their managers.
Bi-culturality
A minimum of 5 years personal and professional experience in France and Italy: to really know a culture well, it is essential to have actually lived and worked in a country. This is a fundamental requirement to master not only the current language, but above all the codes and registers of communication.
Bilingualism
An excellent command of both languages is essential not only to be at ease in both environments, but also for a true understanding of both cultures. All our partners are bilingual in French and Italian: they have mastered all the nuances of the two languages, everyday language and business jargon. They can also lead in English.
